Thanks Greensboro! My uncle had become a recluse...
as I had said it was really hard to get in touch with him. He had no answering machine and only answered when he felt like it. I had spoke with him last in September, but could not reach him on Thanksgiving or Christmas. One of my cousins sent local police a few days after Christmas to check on him. What we didn't know was the neighbor had changed his phone number, a phone number he had for 50 years. I think that shows where she denied access to our Uncle. To me personally I don't really care about the money that much, but this person is damn evil to take advantage of an elderly man. If my Uncle had left everything to the church he went to for years or to some sort of charity I'd have no problem with it. In talking with my cousins, there were family heirlooms, pictures, film(my Uncle use to film a lot when we were kids). Some of my fondest memories of being a kid were the summers I spent at my Aunt & Uncle's house.
